Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes

Here’s a quick and delicious organic recipe you to enjoy and share. This dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.

All the ingredients are organic.

Feeds 4-6

4 cups cherry tomatoes (about 40 tomatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado, plus more to finish
3 pinches of sea salt
1/2 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 pound spaghetti
Freshly ground pepper to finish
Grated Parmigiano to finish


  • Boil the pasta to the desired tenderness.
  • Slice the tomatoes into halves and quarter sections
  • Combine the tomatoes, olive oil, salt, cloves, and oregano. Stir until mixed together

One pasta is finished, drain and toss in 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil.

Toss the tomato mixture into the same pot as the pasta, then stir for 2 minutes over medium heat.

To finish sprinkle the fresh ground pepper and the grated Parmigiano.

Serve and Enjoy.
